By downloading, installing, or using Nina (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
02.Description of Service
Nina is an AI-powered desktop assistant application that helps you automate tasks, browse the web, manage files, and interact with your computer through natural language conversations. The App runs locally on your device and communicates with third-party AI providers to process your requests.
03.Account and Subscription
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
04.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Nina to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Circumvent any usage limits or access controls
- Distribute or resell the App without authorization
05.Intellectual Property
Nina and all associated branding, code, and content are the property of HeyNina. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.
06.Third-Party Services
Nina integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
07.Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.
08.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyNina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or financial loss resulting from automated actions.
09.Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
