Our Commitment

Nina is built with privacy at its core. Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal files, conversations, or automation data to our servers.

Data That Stays Local

  • Your preferences and settings

No Telemetry

Nina does not send telemetry, analytics, or usage data. We do not track how you use the app, what features you use, or how often you use them.

AI Provider Communication

When you use Nina, your messages are sent to the AI provider you have configured (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to generate responses. These messages are sent directly from your device to the provider. We do not proxy, log, or store these communications. Please review your AI provider's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. We do not store your credit card information. Paddle may collect your email address, billing address, and payment details as necessary to process transactions.

Account Data

If you create an account, we store your email address and subscription status. This information is used solely for authentication and managing your subscription. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)

If you use the BYOK plan and provide your own API keys, those keys are stored locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.
